LMP-NUCOR ACQUISITION

LMP Steel and Wire would like to announce that we have entered into an agreement with Nucor Corp. that will allow them to acquire substantially all of the LMP Steel and Wire Company assets.  The acquisition is expected to close during the third quarter of this year.
